Near East University

Near East University offers on-campus accommodation tailored to international students’ needs, with 13 dormitory blocks (7 for girls and 6 for boys) and a total capacity of 5,500 beds. Housing options include traditional dormitories, apartment-style dormitories, and luxury residences. Rooms are equipped with beds, wardrobes, study desks, bookshelves, chairs, internet, mini-fridges, telephones, TVs, and bathrooms. Satellite infrastructure for channels like Türksat and D-Smart is available. Luxury residences include air conditioning, central heating, daily cleaning services, and meals. Costs range from 1,500 to 4,000 Euros annually, depending on room type (single or shared).
